Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

To ensure we provide the best service to all of our clients, we require a valid credit card to be kept on file at the time of booking. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation will result in a $50 no-show fee.

Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 20 minutes late for your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the $50 no-show fee will apply. In this case, we may also need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we can accommodate other clients.
